Phonetic lesson
You'll next have a specific explaination of the french phonetics compared to your first language to make it as clear as possible.

Start the normal lessons
At this point, you are ready for the actual lessons ! Either in group or in One to One according to your choice.
What are the lessons made of ?
Each lesson last for 1:10 to 1:30 hour. it's not about a timeframe, but about taking the time we need to make the notions we are exploring as clear as possible.
Casual Conversation and games
Each lesson usually starts with a short conversation adapted to your level. We also can play some games to practice french in a fun way !
Grammar or vocabulary topic
The core of the lesson is about either grammar following books and DELF/DALF inspired programs when relevant, or a specific topic to expend or practice your vocabulary.
Homeworks
Most lessons will include diverse types of homeworks, they can include group work for group lessons to increase cohesion.

Three different softwares are usable for the lessons :
- Discord : Probably the best because we can also chat on it and keep track of the discussions, including any vocabulary our explanation we would type.
- Google Meet : Usable if you can't or don't want to use discord. It's easier to use but less efficient
- Yandex Telemost : Google Meet equivalent for russian students
For the transactions, two options are available :
- Paypal : the basic option with no additional fees
- Bybit : for russian students who cannot use the classic transaction systems. Keep in mind that paying through cryptomoney imply some additional fees.

The EU sanctions doesn't concerns the languages lessons.
However, the charging is more difficult because most of the transactionnal softwares are blocking the Rubles/Euro conversion. Cryptomoney is then the only way to safely transfer money. Nowaday the use of them is very simple, you can reach me for more informations
The first three lessons are free so the refund policy apply only from the fourth lesson onward. Based on the french consumption code and EU law. You have a legal 15 days refund delay starting on the day you pay for the lessons.
This refund period ends 24h before the starting time of the lesson, if it hasn't been cancelled beforehand, no refund will be possible.
You can ask for a refund only if you cancel les than 15 days after booking the lesson and more than 24h before the scheduled time of the lesson.
If the teacher cancel the lesson, you can ask for a refund no matter the delay. In that case, you have 15 days after the scheduled time to ask for the refund.
